These are the kinds of cookies you get in the refrigerated section of the grocery store usually next to the carton of eggs, gallons of milk, and biscuits in a can. Just have to take them out of the package and plop them on to a baking sheet, and wah-la! The joys of modern convenience. I am not a cookie snob, unless they are super hard, and even then a glass of milk can salvage the wreckage. If I can have a warm, slightly crispy on the bottom, soft in the center cookie, I am not one to complain.
